Candles & Wax Melts:

How long do soy candles burn?

The expected average burn time is 20-30 hours. Please ensure wicks stay trimmed and candles are not burning for longer than 4-5 hours to ensure burn longevity.

Will my candle expire?

While some fragrance and essential oils come with expiration dates, it is safe to use your candle up to one full year from the date opened.

How long should I keep my candle lit?

As with all candles, the first burn is the most important, and all candles should be burned for at least one hour for the first time.

How can I burn my candle safely?

  • Always keep a burning candle within sight.
  • Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
  • Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Trim candlewicks to ¼ inch each time before burning.

Butters & Soaps:

How long will my body butter last?

Our 4 oz. butters are expected to last up to 4-6 weeks. Please note these times may vary per individual.

What are the ingredients?

Our soaps and butters are made with the highest quality of shea and mango butters, along with other cruelty free organic ingredients including vitamin E oil and coconut oil.

Will my body butter expire?

Although body butters & soaps don't exactly expire, the products won't lock in moisture or hydrate the skin as thoroughly when used after 6 months or longer. If, however, you notice changes in your moisturizer.

 

Pickup Information:

Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday between the hours of 10am to 6pm, and are scheduled via appointment only. Same day appointments are not available.

Important Information for Pickup:
Orders will not be held more than 30 days. If pickup is not arranged within 30 days from the date of first pickup email, full order may be forfeited and restocked, not subject to a refund.

• Late Picking Up:
If you are or will be running 10 or more minutes late for a scheduled pickup, please advise within 1 hour of pickup time, otherwise full order may be forfeited and restocked, not subject to a refund.

• No Call / No Show:
No call/no shows will forfeit 100% order amount, not subject to a refund, and potions will be restocked.

• Availability:
Please note availability may vary based on other pickup appointments.
