Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Orders will be shipped within selected timeframe after processing 24-48 hours.
Standard: Ships in 7-10 business days
Expedited: Ships in 3-5 business days
Note: Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Please expect delays during the holiday and peak seasons.
Covid 19 Delays: Please expect additional unexpected delays due to USPS being short staffed. We are shipping out packages within selected timeframes and on time.
USPS has informed us that sometimes their couriers will scan packages as delivered (before actually delivering the package) because they expect them to be delivered during their route for the day, and sometimes do not complete the route. This happens often, even more so due to the covid pandemic.
Important: If your package says delivered, and you haven’t received it, please wait 1-2 business days as most packages arrive within that timeframe. If your package does not arrive, please contact us or feel free to visit the USPS website to file a missing package claim.
Missing Orders: We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing orders. Orders will be replaced after a claim is filed with USPS (or delivery carrier) only after the carrier has determined the order as missing and has issued insurance for replacement.
Please contact us or your local post office to file a claim, or visit their website to file a claim for your lost/stolen/missing package(s.)
If you prefer to have a signature required for your order, please email us at email@example.com or request it in the checkout notes, and we will send you an invoice for balance.
Returns & Refunds Terms and Conditions:
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund as returns will not be accepted for any orders placed and refunds will not be given. Exchanges will be honored within 14 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. Customer is responsible for shipping returned items and providing us with tracking information for exchanges.
Gift cards are delivered electronically with redemption instructions and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your damaged item for an identical item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item, your order number in the subject line and the reason for the exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the order number, and we will email a return shipping label. The customer requesting the return must ship the item within (7) business days to receive full exchange credit.
There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any exchange requested more than 7 days after date of delivery.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 3 business days. You will need to login or create an account to receive the credit.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be applied to your account. You will need to login or create an account to receive the credit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, exchanges will be honored when requested by the gift giver only.
Disclaimer Terms and Conditions
Our handmade potions are precisely made by hand in small batches only to ensure quality, so each item is a little unique.
Soap bars are hand cut, therefore weight of bars ranges between 6-7 oz. each. After each soap use, it is recommended to place in a dry soap dish or area to elongate use.
Soaps and other hygiene products affect different skin types differently, and individuals have an array of allergies and sensitivities that they may or may not have knowledge of.
Any time products are used on the skin, it is essential to test for safety. It is the customer’s responsibility to test any and all of our products to ensure satisfactory results. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
We use only the highest-quality, all-natural vegan ingredients in all of our products and test each recipe rigorously, but certain individuals could still have negative physical reactions to our products.
If you are unsure how an item might affect your skin, try a small test patch first before using the product further. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our products, but we cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects that are beyond our control.
