Returns
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund as returns will not be accepted for any orders placed and refunds will not be given. Exchanges will be honored within 14 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. Customer is responsible for shipping returned items and providing us with tracking information for exchanges.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered electronically with redemption instructions and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, send us an email to orders@prissypotions.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for the exchange.

Non-exchangeable items:
- Final Sale Items

- Spray Mists

- Soaps 

- Body Oils

- Body Butter 

- Candles that have been lit

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the order number.

There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 3 business days. You will need to login or create an account to receive the credit.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be applied to your account. You will need to login or create an account to receive the credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, exchanges will be honored when requested by the gift giver only.
